Serving directly under the President, the Personnel Office represents Â鶹¹û¶³ in a variety of capacities ranging from hiring quality individuals for the betterment of the college to ensuring the greater well-being of Â鶹¹û¶³’s staff. Employee Assistance Program
Â鶹¹û¶³ offers Employee Assistance Program services to its employees at all levels. The Â鶹¹û¶³ EAP is a valuable resource for assisting management and employees with individual and organizational concerns. The Â鶹¹û¶³ EAP is available to provide confidential and expert consultation to management working with employees having problems affecting their work and to employees having problems which affect their job performance. This service is confidential, voluntary, proven, accessible, and offered to employees at no charge.
