Serving directly under the President, the Personnel Office represents Âé¶¹¹û¶³ in a variety of capacities ranging from hiring quality individuals for the betterment of the college to ensuring the greater well-being of Âé¶¹¹û¶³’s staff. Employee Assistance Program
Âé¶¹¹û¶³ offers Employee Assistance Program services to its employees at all levels. The Âé¶¹¹û¶³ EAP is a valuable resource for assisting management and employees with individual and organizational concerns. The Âé¶¹¹û¶³ EAP is available to provide confidential and expert consultation to management working with employees having problems affecting their work and to employees having problems which affect their job performance. This service is confidential, voluntary, proven, accessible, and offered to employees at no charge.
